Email and Web Diversion
Once you've registered a domain with us, you can redirect mail sent to your domain to one of your existing email accounts, and divert Web visitors to your domain to your existing website address, such as the free space provided by your ISP. This means that you can still receive mail as you did before except people will be able to use your new address. For example :- |
fred@bloggs.me.uk => fredbloggs436@myispdomain.co.uk |
| And you get up to 50 Email addresses that you can redirect, meaning that you don't have to receive all mail for your domain at one address, for examples :- |
sales@bloggs.me.uk => fredbloggs436@myispdomain.co.uk webmaster@bloggs.me.uk => myfriend@otherispdomain.co |
A similar example demonstrates what is done when Web Diversion is being used, this prevents anyone from seeing your free ISP-provided web address :- |
www.bloggs.me.uk is diverted to www.myispdomain.co.uk/~fredbloggs436 |
Using Web or Email Diversion enables you to use your new domain name in Emails, Business Cards or on letters, and creating a professional image by using the cleaner addresses. And we don't charge extra to have 'header-free' redirection either ! |
