Email Support
You can collect your mail using any POP3 capable Email client, or by using the WebMail server if you have purchased that option. The details you need to use when configuring your software are |

| POP3 Server | pop3.yourdomain.com |
| Username | postmaster@yourdomain.com e.g. postmaster@company.co.uk. If you have additional POP3 accounts then replace postmaster with the name of the account. Some Email software will require you to use a '%' instead of a '@' in the example shown above. |
| Password | As sent to you in an email after you registered, and can be changed using the Email Control Panel. If you have forgotten your password, please send a mail to sales@cubecomputing.com |
| SMTP Server | Your usual server, usually the one provided by your ISP - We do NOT provide SMTP relaying !! |

FTP Access
FTP Access is needed to upload files into the space used by the Web Server to serve your pages to people visiting your site. When you login you will see one directory for each domain you have registered. Put your HTML files in the relevant directory, and ensure that the files have the correct permissions. The default settings should be fine.

| Username | The Account Username you requested when you registered your domain, and was sent to you in an email after registering your domain. Not to be confused with your email account username. |
| Password | When the Account Username was sent to you, a server generated password was also sent at the same time. sales@cubecomputing.com |
